Exchange & Return Policy

General Terms

  • Rajasthan Jeweller does not offer exchange or refunds in case of a change of mind by the customer.

  • Any exchange or refund will only be processed if the mistake is from our end, and must be supported with valid proof provided by the customer.

  • Orders once placed cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item purchased is defective or damaged.

In case of damaged goods, a refund will be processed only if a complete unboxing video is provided — starting from the package’s seal being opened till the product is fully revealed — with no cuts, filters, or edits.
Without proper proof, Rajasthan Jeweller will not be able to process any refund.

Note: No claims will be entertained without valid proof.


Size Issues

  • No Refunds will be provided for size-related issues.

  • Only Exchange will be considered, and shipping charges must be borne by the customer.


Conditions for a Refund

  1. The unboxing video must start from the package being received, showing the name, address label, and order bill clearly.

  2. The video must be unedited, unfiltered, and continuous — with no cuts or interruptions.

  3. Proof must be sent via email within 24 hours of receiving the order.

    • If this timeframe is exceeded, Rajasthan Jeweller will not process any refund.

  4. Only the product amount will be refunded; shipping charges are non-refundable.

  5. Exchange of damaged products depends on product availability.

    • If unavailable, the customer may either wait for restock or request a refund.

    • (Shipping charges remain non-refundable in all cases.)

  6. No refund or cancellation will be initiated while the order is in transit.

  7. No refund or cancellation will be initiated for delays in delivery, as courier timelines are beyond our control.

  8. No refund or cancellation will be initiated if the order is processed correctly.

  9. Exceptions:

    • Discounted or sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

    • Sale items are non-refundable.

  10. If shipping costs are to be borne by us, they must not exceed ₹80, and only in cases where the error is from our end with proof provided.

  11. No exchange or refund will be initiated if the product has been used.

  12. Rajasthan Jeweller is not responsible for lost or misplaced packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, and no refund will be provided in such cases.

  13. If a prepaid order is rejected at delivery, Rajasthan Jeweller will not issue any refund.

Important: If the customer fails to report any issue within 24 hours of receiving the product, no refund or exchange will be initiated.


Refund Policy

  • Refunds are initiated within 48 hours after the returned item is received at our warehouse.

  • The refund amount may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

  • Shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable.


Exchange & Replacement

  • Exchanges or replacements are allowed under the same conditions as returns.

  • A replacement will be shipped only after the initial product is received at our warehouse.


Return Process

  1. Contact our Customer Support Team to get approval for the return.

  2. Customers must self-ship the product to our warehouse address.

  3. The item must be securely packed, as originally received.

  4. A video of the packing process must be shared as proof.
